This was our first time eating at Barkleys. The food was very good, atmosphere was great! The server might have been new but very friendly. The owner walked around to every table and asked how everything was. We told him it was our anniversary and he bought us a drink!

One of the best local places in Janesville. Quick and friendly service even when very busy, and a top 5 fish fry in the City in our opinion. Friday fish starts at 4pm and it can be very busy between then and 6p. They have daily and weekly app/meal specials. Pricing is reasonable imo.
